About Jim
They call these "the golden years", and indeed, they
are. I married my lovely wife, Alice, 56 years ago in Wichita Falls,
Texas. My oh my, the seeds we sewed:
- 4 Children - Boy - Boy - Boy - Girl! (Whew! Took me long enough
but I finally got my girl!)
- 11 grandchildren
My kids and their families are all healthy, happy, upstanding citizens
of their communities. One of my kids and his family live right here
in Clancy, just south of Helena;
the
rest are all located here in the Pacific Northwest. I couldn't be
prouder of them all.
I came to Helena after one of my sons moved his family here. Grandchildren
are strong enticements for Grandmothers, rendering Grandfathers
powerless. Not only did Helena offer us one set of Grandchildren,
it put us within 300 miles of another set, and 600 miles of a third.
(When you've been 2800 miles apart, 600 miles feels like next door!)
I love Helena and I love the people here. One of my personal proudest
moments was when I was instrumental in bringing "The Great
American Race" through Helena in 1996. It was a year of hard
work, but with lots of help from the towns folk, the local merchants,
and the Governor of Montana, Helena played overnight host to the
race participants. I was the principle organizer of the entire affair
and my efforts were recognized by being awarded "1996 Helena
Businessman of the Year" by the Helena Chamber of Commerce.
My kids all tease me that it was my "fifteen minutes"
but at least it lasted one entire day!
I hope you will give me the opportunity to represent you in your
next real estate transaction. I am a buyer's agent, which
means I work for you. Any and all commissions are paid by the seller,
not the buyer.
You will find me to be trustworthy and honest. Your best interest
is my best interest and I always work very hard to find you the
exact property, home, or business which will satisfy you best. Please,
before you buy or sell your next home or business, give me a call.
