The Myrna Loy Center
The Myrna Loy Center for the Performing and Media Arts is the focal point for the Arts in Central Montana. The Myrna Loy is the
home of the Helena Symphony and Chorale. In addition to the Helena Symphony, Helenans enjoy other spectacular live performances, including ballet, concerts, plays, and improvisational comedy throughout the year.
Performing companies from all over the World grace Myrna's stages; National and International singers, musicians, playwrights, and actors perform here. There is always something big happening at the Myrna!

| Helena Civic Center
Originally built by the Algerian Shriners in 1920, this unique Byzantine-style building serves as Helena's largest hosting
facility for visiting conventions and trade shows, as well as elegant musical extravaganzas and banquets. The building features a large auditorium and ballroom. Several large and beautiful murials adorn the

In front of the Civic Center stands a large silver bell. This bell served as Helena's "fire alarm" from 1886 - 1915. The bell originally hung in the fire tower and was rung
by the duty watchman in the event of fire.

The Grand Street Theatre
Originally built in 1901, the Grand Street Theater is one of Helena's most striking buildings.This Romanesque building features Tiffany Stained Glass and plays year-round
host to Broadway style musicals, dramas, and comedies. This award-winning theater is the only year-round community theater in the Pacific Northwest and draws both local and national talent.
The Grand Street Theater is also the home of the Grand Street Theater School. The school is devoted to developing and mentoring young actors between the ages of 5 and 18.

The Holter Museum of Art
The Holter Museum of Art is a centerpiece for the Arts in central Montana. "The Holter", in local colloquial, plays host to both nationally prominent and
local artists. The Holter also serves as the backbone for art education in the region and recently completed a 6,500 square foot expansion to accomodate additional classrooms and a new Resource Library. Each year, the Holter offers over 300 different classes, making it Montana's most
extensive art education program.
The Holter's Gift shop is one of the most popular in the city. Featuring the works of over 50 different Northwest artists, shoppers find an assortment of unique and beautiful artwork including ceramics, glass, paintings, fiber, jewelry, wood, prints, and cards.
The Holter is also a favorite spot for hosting receptions, parties, and organizational get-togethers. The artworks create a fascinating and entertaining backdrop to entertain guests and friends. For more information please visit the Holter website.

Memorial Park
Memorial Park's Bandshell is the local favorite for outdoor concert venues. During much of the summer, the bandshell's stage is alive with music and entertainers.
Families enjoy picnics on the grass while listening to some of the area's finest Jazz, Blues, and Country & Western entertainment.
The park hosts some of the summer's biggest attractions, including the Sleeping Giant Jazz Jubilee, and the Last Chance Blue Grass Festival. Each of these celebrations
is a multiple day affair and draws residents from all over Montana.
